I have been a happy customer with Storage King since October 2023. I made 24 payments in a row without missing a beat. Unfortunately, I fell on some pretty tough times after June 2025. By the time November 2025 rolled around, all of my savings and resources were depleted. In desperation, I reached out to the ladies in the office at the Garden City Storage King and was VERY transparent. They weren't disrespectful or even judgemental. Instead of instructing me to "figure it out" like another one of my creditors said to me, they showed compassion AND worked out a payment schedule that allowed me some financial breathing room! I burst into tears on the phone....aaaannnd I cried in person when I stopped by the office to both thank and embrace the angel that worked with me and my situation. I HIGHLY recommend Storage King! They are a business, but they are VERY mindful of their customers! ❤️

Door was messed up for multiple years. It finally come apart and fell. Glad it didnt crush me. I took pics showed it to the staff on lynah ave. They replaced it eventually. I rented another unit a couple doors down to move my stuff while they got it fixed. Then moved it back a while later after. But still hasnt worked right since. Picture included. That was a couple years ago. The entry gate was stuck open for a long time multiple times. The exit gate sometimes worked, sometimes it didnt They have gone up on price multiple times. From talking to new people moving in they are paying a lot less. I get emails every year to update my insurance. I send it every year via email, but this year I Sent it and no response. Then I got insurance charges on account and couldn't pay regular bill because the online account was locked, due to not paying their insurance fees, when i already aent them insurace. Screen shotted that. So called them. It took a few days and my account wasn't locked anymore, and the extra charges vanished. Few days.... just saying... had enough. Called them again and asked how to give notice. They said email was fine. So I emailed my notice along with pics of a cleaned out unit in a clean condition. I never got a response. So I called them again. Then I got a email confirming with different dates........ whatever. I got the emails for court if I need them. Plus bank records. Js. I had unit 52 in front of fuel pro. The only orange door in the complex. I understand good help is hard to find right now. I do. Come on...
