Camille is very professional and helpful, but they took two weeks and a reminder to acknowledge that I had moved out. Then they charged me for the whole month—this is not normal in my experience. I would shop elsewhere next time as I use A LOT of storage companies and this is the first to have charged for time the unit was cleared out.
I’ve rented a space here for years and I’ve always paid. I forgot last month and noticed when I went to pay this months rent. They tacked on a $120 late fee that’s over 1.5 times the actual rent amount. Tells me all I need to know
I recently rented a storage unit. First, best price in town. The entire transaction is handled on line and by phone with some of the nicest people you’d ever want to deal with. Easy access to my storage unit.
I rented a unit at this location online, on March 11th 2024, and the website told me that, there was a problem processing my rental, that someone would contact me to complete my transaction. So I waited, never heard anything from the storage facility. I let it go, until I noticed that I had been charged for the rental. I was finally able to get into the unit in the middle of April. After being charged April rent, and going to the facility to try and talk to someone, and finding out that all of this company's properties are absentee managed. Called the local number and was transfered to a call center only God knows where, and was finally able to get a gate code, and info on how to get into the unit. I also at that time told them I had paid for two months of storage, and had only gotten into my storage unit as of this date, and should be credited for the month of March. I was promised a call, never received a phone call, when I did get in touch with someone, they hid behind the fact that they are a remote corporation, that utilizes registered agents, in each state that they are incorporated in. When you call the registered agent, it is a lawyers office who has not been the registered agent for the corporation in many years. The corporate office address listed on the articles of incorporation is another unmanned storage facility. You can never speak to anyone who is responsible for this company to correct issues. My suggestion is you go with a facility, where you can walk in and talk to the people running the place.
Mrs. Amy is seriously the best! She is what makes the facility! She is always smiling and wanting to help her customers! We have 4 storage units and every time we’ve had to get one she has always hooked us up and got us in one the same day! She makes it feel very welcoming! Thank you Mrs. Amy!! You have helped Dylan and I a ton 😊
