Hi, I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager Mrs. Terri, I had a wonderful experience with her, I was in the middle of cleaning out my storage unit in Athens Georgia with one ear bud in my ear and she helped me secure a storage unit with her at CLEARHOME self storage in Dacula ga on the PHONE while I was talking to multiple people, her patience with me was AMAZING. I think I said “ hold on just a min” about 10 times. Then she stayed over a bit and waited while I was almost at that location and helped me learn to get in the gates to my unit yall . Much love Mrs. Terri. I would’ve had a meltdown with out you. ❤️❤️❤️😘😘😘❤️❤️❤️❤️

All I can say is WOW! 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD! I went in for information on a storage building and she was extremely kind and helpful. She even walked me around and showed me what she had available. As she explained everything to me and all I would need to rent , she was very clear and knowledgeable of this business. Keep up the good work Tookie! Would most certainly recommend to my colleagues any day!

You come here for the manager Tookie. Exceptional customer service every visit. She will make every interaction painless & efficient, and she does it with a smile and the best demeanor possible. The facility is clean. All the gates and doors work properly. The specials and values they run are good value. There is enough room to move big vehicles around. Tookie runs it right.

Worked with Tookie and had one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. She was extremely helpful working with me amidst the government shutdown which was wonderful as a Soldier who is currently awaiting orders and not being paid. Can't say enough good things about the units, they're well kept and clean, but by far Tookie makes this place the best place to keep your stored items!
