This is the only storage center I‘ve ever used and I’ve been A customer since 2020. They staff is always friendly (and funny) as well as helpful. It is always clean and smells nice. I’ve had no issues at all. My original rental was for a year and then i moved to Virginia. I got another unit after coming back to Atlanta in 2024. I’ve had a 10x10, and 10x20 and now a 5x10. I love the variety of units they offer aa well. Everything is easily accessible. I love that they have carts on site! This makes things so easy when moving. My sister, mom and some friends of mine have all had units here. I legit love this place! Location is great and it’s fairly easy to turn in and out of the parking lot. I highly highly highly recommend getting your storage unit here!

I stored with them for roughly 3 years, the facility is always clean and associates are willing to help. Only “negative” thing I have to say is that the price of my unit was increased twice, the first time I believe around $50 and the next time around $70, with the reason being along the lines of, “it’s due to surrounding prices that a unit like mine would go for”. Maybe this is normal for the area? Minus that this facility has been very reliable, a smooth move in and very smooth move out, really no issues at all

So, I started rent at $37/mo. 1st month - $37/mo. 2nd month - $48/mo. 8th month - $57/mo. 9th month - $68/mo. 10th month - $87.77/mo. 11th month - $96/mo. 20th month - $113/mo. 28th month - $135.60/mo. 33rd month - $148.80/mo. They're just raising my rent all they want, whenever they want. Sucks! The staff is great and I'm super grateful for them and the customer service. Really, but why are they just pricing me like this? I started being amazing with bills to being behind. Then I get $24 late fees and then they tell me they can only waive the fee 1x/year.

Fairly clean. The customer service depends on who is working. Mostly helpful but one person was not. I give ZERO STARS for not having ANY trash and of any sort. Put them in front of a camera with a tiny hole for regular trash like a coke can or bag of chips come on yall. Also ONE STAR for price. Started out decent and then it started going up a lot. Very expensive

Tamika and Jazmine were very friendly and helpful. I purchased on line but have difficulties getting to my unit myself ! Tamika walked me to my unit and help me get a cart . Jazmine helped with getting my code access . Over all I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Extra Space storage !
