The rental process was quick, easy and reasonable prices. The facility is nice with multiple accesses in each building, with carts available to assist in moving your items around. We just love the climate control facility.

Started with a competitive rental rate than ever few months they raise the rate. They locked me out of my unit for over a week only to discover that they made a mistake thinking I had not payed my rent. Now after raising my rate with little notification to $184 I vacated but they still continue to charge my credit card. I will ow have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I went down the street to Pay $95 per month for the same size unit guarantee for 6 months. Worst storage company in the area. Avoid at all cost.

Our experience has been totally great. It started with making arrangements for my fiancée to pick up the code and the key. Then the place is pristine and well lit. It is also easy to find. Altogether a great experience.
