Yes!!! This past summer our unit was flooded due to your roof giving out, we were across the country in our RV and couldn’t get back! The mgr had our stuff moved to another unit, he took a few pictures of a couple of wet boxes and sent to us! Did not open anything to show us what was in them, put them back in the new unit! Acted like he couldn’t be bothered! When we finally get back in town last week what we found was horrendous! 1/2 or more of our stuff was wet, moldy, mildewed, buggy and destroyed! Water came in from top and bottom!!! I have an insurance policy for $5000 that won’t even touch my losses! Mice droppings, live roaches in our boxes! For the amount of money we were paying we expected more! That’s the other thing, our rent went way up before our first year was even over, which was ridiculous!

She had the best, welcoming disposition and answered all my questions and made the time for me. She showed me my new unit wanting to make sure it was exactly what I expected and that the location was suitable. Their automated system with the app is very convenient and works extremely well. The facility is clean & the rates are good. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

I needed a storage location for some stuff that is no longer mine. I spoke on the phone with Victoria, she was amazing and friendly. Set me up with an appointment. I arrived two days later and Ben and Carly both assisted me with everything I needed. The price was great! I left happy and satisfied. I will recommend this business and perhaps use it again if the need arises in the future.

Carly and Tiny are awesome. They take great care of you and this State of the Art facility will make you wonder how they can be so effective. If you need storage and you don't go here then you'll likely wonder why you didn't.
