1st day I arrived at my unit, there was a pre-existing huge hole in the upper left corner of the drywall of my unit's back wall. The other 3 walls are metal. Leaves/debris were all over the floor inside the unit as well as in hallway near the unit. It was filthy. The property is very old, but my building was the worst; I know because I walked down other building hallways looking for my unit and the one I got was the worst of all of them. I've never experienced this before.

We rented here for almost two years. The building was secure and clean, the physical location was perfect for our needs, and the service was excellent. We had to change our units a few times during this period of time and they were very accommodating. It would be a five star experience if not for the cost. It is commensurate with market rate, I just think market rate is too high (everything in Florida). It wouldn't hurt Extra Space to lower their rates. I highly recommend this location!

We have had the storage unit for a couple of years and the place is always kept clean around the premises and we’ve never had any bad experiences with Pest or anything. When we fell behind on our payment once or twice, unfortunately. they were willing to work with us so we didn’t lose our stuff. Carolyn was very helpful. I would highly recommend using them.
