It really gave me confidence in storing my things here. Vanessa was fantastic! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, helping me choose the perfect unit size without any pressure. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. All-around great experience. A new building: it is set on lovely grounds, with easy layout, pristine restrooms. To me the most valuable asset of a storage facility is an all-around knowledgeable, helpful, empathetic storage manager. Darla, the manager, is always happy to clarify and provide crucial information. In general, the ongoing discount deals, that cover several months at a time, are highly appreciated. I am so thankful!
