Great rental place! I added another storage unit but their system had an issue with getting the promotion correct, so I had to call. I spoke with Ken and he was extremely professional and helpful! He got the issue escalated to a manager and it was resolved quickly. I'm happy! Thanks for the great customer service!

I wanted to take a minute say that I worked with Rose this afternoon to purchase my unit. She walked me through everything I needed and explained everything to me as well. She is also willing to call me back in 2 hours to make sure if I needed the second unit or not. I am very pleased and very happy with her service.

Patricia Aguiran made renting a storage space super easy & it was very affordable. Her customer support was superb & they offer a first responder discount, which was definitely appreciated. I was able to do everything by phone & e-mail which made it even more convenient for me. They also include the storage lock, so there is no inconvenience in moving. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know who may be looking for a storage unit. Oh & ask about their promotions, I only paid $45. For my first month on a 10x10 unit. Thank you Patricia!

I just rented my storage unit so I can't give you a long term review but as far as helpful customer service, Jiao was great! He was extremely efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. He assisted me with the login problem I was having in a flash. Thanks Jiao. I've had to call now a second time due to log in issues and Deter was just as helpful and friendly as the previous guy. I really do think you guys should do something about your log in system tho. It seems everytime I have to get assistance logging in.
