I stopped in yesterday to see about getting a storage unit, I spoke to Katiemae and I must say she is so helpful and a joy to work with . I will definitely be back to rent here! We walked the property to see what drive up units were available and every unit shown was clean. She is so nice and said hello to everyone she seen. I cant say enough anout this Manager. And i have to say this property is very clean!

This location is now a Public Storage. I made my reservation online because it’s quick and convenient. Instead, I was bombarded with phone calls, emails, and text messages from staff trying to get me to finalize the reservation with them directly. Completely unnecessary. I ignored the pushiness, finished my reservation online, and moved into the unit. A few weeks later, while overseas, I lost my debit card. I went online and removed it from all autopay accounts, including this one. The very same day, I received a call and voicemail asking why I had removed my card from autopay. That was the last straw. I moved out immediately.

Katiemae i have found to be one of the most courteous kindest, and most helpful employee I have ever met at your facility. Always willing to please. You always willing to do whatever she can do to fix any issue.
