Went online to check out a storage place and found this gem. The guys at the front desk were great and very helpful. Shawn was extremely helpful in explaining everything. Walked in just to check it out and ended up renting a unit long term Jason the manager was helpful as well. Both really good guys

I called in after creating a user error when purchasing a unit that cause a double charge to occur, totally my fault! That said, I spoke with Jennifer and May very well of had the most positive customer service experience of my life; I truly mean that! She was extremely helpful, understanding, went above and beyond and, she did it all with a pleasant demeanor. I’m not typically one to write a review, good or bad which should say something! But after receiving an automated request to do a review, I couldn’t help immediately clicking the link so, here we are. End of story… I would rate my experience with Jennifer at ExtraSpace storage 10 out of 10 recommend!

After renting a unit for 4 months, needed a larger unit. Jason was so helpful in making the transition a breeze. I like the fact that he walks the property daily checking everything out and there are several cameras they view continuously of the units. Feels very secure. Units are clean and well lit. Again many thanks to Jason who is extremely courteous and friendly. Would recommend.

Terrible Way they do business. They doubled my rental space after about three months at the first place I rented. So I moved to another one down the street for half of the price that I was paying initially at the first one. Owned by the same company, you would think they would just extend me a better rate and not double the one that I was on. I wish I had an alternative.

From the initial consultation for unit, we had an exceptional experience, which only got better once we visited the unit. It was super clean outside. Environment was clean felt safe. Then we happen to leave our unit open by accident and we got a call in less than an hour that our unit was open and if we can come close and then they would watch it with the camera which made us so much happier and convinced us made a amazing choice with this location. I would give them 10. Stars if I could.!
