Trying to get to speak with a live...

Trying to get to speak with a live person is difficult. When I did finally speak with the ladies @ 66th location and went in person they were delightful. Unfortunately, when we opened #153 @ 16079 US Hwy 19, we found the ceiling had deteriorated with moisture and mold and pieces of it were falling into our belongings. When I tried to speak with someone about it today just to report it, she told me that she couldn't discuss it with me because it was not my name in the unit, however, when I tried to explain, this unit is for a business and that person is no longer employed with us, she told me she couldn't speak with me, that I would have to get that person to call them. The ladies @ 66th saw my email was the same and I showed them my card with Executive Director on it, they allowed me to make the switch and sent an email to me showing the closing of that unit. Again, I tried to explain that to the lady I spoke with this afternoon, she said we can go round and round about this, but I can't talk with you about it. Horrible customer service.

I am more than pleased with the service I received from both Jerry and Chrissy. I rented a storage unit for an antique automobile, but found that the location of the unit in relation to its surroundings was untenable to maneuver into and out of. Jerry helped with a more suitable unit, and Chrissy made the move efficiently and painlessly. Kudos to both!

First ever I have stored anything. Was a little unsure how to do it, but the live person on the kiosk was great. Also I couldn’t get my unit unlocked. I didn’t know how to do it. There was a gentleman there that works for the business on a golf cart so I asked him how to work it. He got me all set. Nice experience so far!!!

See photos Say they are a safe place but ANYONE CAN BREAK INTO the lockers. AND RATS ALL OVER THE GARAGE UNITS painted and scraped the doors BUT WHEN THEY DID THEY HOT PAINT CHIPS AND OVER SPRAY ALL IN THE UNIT. NO customer service on-site guy and his son ARE NO HELP!! SON SITTN on patio told me to " get lost" when I asked a question.. the bathroom DOESNT WORK.. and sad attempts to " fix " the Insides MAJOR FAIL SEE PICS..

Been using this place for a while. Great place and location. Property manager Jerry was great. He called me to confirm the reservation and then went above and beyond to help me get the right space. He had everything ready for me when I arrived and everything went so smoothly. Thank you Jerry for all your help!
