We went to two Extra Space locations and both were extremely helpful and friendly. Lara and Preston (at the Belcher location) were clearly concerned about our needs and worked towards our best interest. I needed RV storage but will also return to either of these locations for any other storage needs.

Plenty of storage places along the gulf coast, but price and location of this facility at 1850 N Hercules in Clearwater can’t be beat. Easy access from the street as well as into the building, immaculately clean, and friendly and helpful staff. Again, hundreds of storage facilities in the area, be confident this one will be safe and worry free.

I have rented a storage unit from extra space since last year and have had nothing but good positive experience. Claudia was super helpful actually today with helping me save some money by suggesting I size down on my unit. They are always pleasant when I call and always return my calls within a day of leaving a message if not the same day, just depends if I lm after office hours. I will continue renting with them and refer anyone I know or don't know lol to them. I just wish we had 24 hour access to the units. But all in all if I could rate this a 10 I would. Cleanliness, friendly, respectful, and helpful A++++.

We rented a unit on Belcher. Claudia was wonderful and very helpful. We found the facilities to be extremely clean And we got a great price. everything was top notch couldn’t ask for anything better. Would definitely recommend.
