At first my over the phone experience turned out to be different than when I showed up to a property that was no longer owned by Extra Storage. However property manager stacy saved the day by calling me back and actually getting me the unit that was slightly different in price but still affordable and doable for the needs that I needed today so I’m grateful that she called me back to secure the last unit that they had for the size that I wanted.
