Service is excellent. Only once in all the years I've been using this storage facility I've ever had a bad experience. It was with a new young lady I've never seen and that's the only time, plus she doesn't work there anymore. All the other employees I've dealt with are pleasant and professional. There's a older gentleman that works at the Hope St. Stamford location and the 1525 Boston Post Rd. Milford location is really nice and pleasant I think his name is Jeff, I could talk to him all day. He's professional, has a sense of humor and easy to speak with. There's people you meet at times that you can just have a conversation with and just talk and talk as if you've known them a long time. He has great customer service skills. He gets a thumbs up and there's a young lady too that's very nice. The other employees are good and professional, only the one time I had a bad experience at the Milford location several years ago. I've been using the Milford location for many years little after they open and it was named WESTY, then Uncle Bobs, Life Storage and now it's Extra Space. I've used U-Haul storage many years ago and it's nothing compared to Extra Space. I think long time customers that's been there for years should pay less for their space. I've there over 20 years, from large space to closet space and back to large space, but two large spaces each a 7x15 units

Great place for storage and staff was attentive and quick to help. Never ever saw one mouse the year I kept my gear there. Staff does a great job at keeping out the rodents. The outdoor drive up units are great!

Very clean facility, and staff is always helpful. Signs are clear so it’s easy to find the unit. They lost a star for using a highly chemical cleaner that smacks you in the face when you walk in. Sorry extra space storage. Otherwise you’re doing a great job!

Great facility! In the 5+ years we have stored our belonging here we never had an issue with safety and the facility is always very clean. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff as well! Definitely recommend as a storage option.
