The customer service team is responsive and friendly, and the call center was very informative during the reservation process. The facility is clean, organized, and easy to access. The free move-in truck was a huge bonus and made the move go smoothly. I’m very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend this location.

I've used there location in Danbury since 2007 and these guys are just differnt then all the other storeage places , they are ultra professional and best cleanest facility's WHILE being flexible ,helpfull and treat you like family. They have an amazing new clean moving truck they let you use for FREE and in all my years of business I've NEVER SEEN this before and it was GREAT TO USE . The Ridgefield place is STUNNING and it's only a few months old STATE OF THE ART incredible elevator .I highly recommend these guys , you'll be thanking me !

When i walked thru this place l was amazed how nice and new it was ... The Manager Rob was incredibly helpfull ,nicest guy ever . And they even let me use their brand new mid-sized/big moving truck for FREE ! check it out ....
