Katie @ Branchville office was a *total* professional delight to work with: bright, capable, efficient and extremely personable . I *highly* recommend this location and the invaluable services they provide we mobile workers. Its been a great relief to have the ability to store a few things and their staff really go above and beyond to make it work!

Frederick RueckRental was fast and seamless with a discount when booked online! The representatives who contacted me to welcome me to CubeSmart are both friendly and upbeat. It did take me a little while to find my unit within the structure but I found it to be clean and well constructed with plenty of overhead space for tall or long items if the need arises. Location is very convenient as well; under 4 miles from my residence.

The unit itself was fine. My issue was their pricing. There pricing with their promotional rate is $145. Without the promotional rate, it's $245, seems excessive but ok. When I asked why I am being charged $370, they said after 6 months we are going to take advantage of you in any way possible.
