It’s been an awesome time renting here. Never had any issues with accessing my unit except once my froze lock and the manager here helped me with that very quickly. As well as my car died once and the manager again helped me by giving it a jump with his vehicle. Amazing customer service at this location and very secure. Unfortunately, CubeSmart raised the monthly payment of my storage by about $50 and I decided to downsize because of that, but good quality storage and quality service at this location in Monroe, CT.

This Cube Smart gives you those just like “home” feelings. This is my second season with them and Hutch was so welcoming & friendly. He was super helpful assisting me with entry into my storage unit, sign-up, & all the details I needed to understand the process. Highly recommend this facility for its safety, too!

My husband and I went to rent a storage unit at cube smart in Monroe, Ct. We had a very nice we gentleman named Hutch help us. We had a great experience. He explained the cost of the unit, the cost of the lock and if we needed the insurance. We also talked about the auto pay verses stopping in to pay and how to set up the app so it would be easier to access the gate instead of rolling the window down on rainy days. Thank you again Hutch. Fred and I enjoyed doing business with you today.
