Philippe GermainTheir location in Bloomfield have the best staff. I had an another unit in Oxford Massachusetts and took my stuffs to the one in Bloomfield. I spoke with the manager Liz she was very helpful, compassionate and professional. The other two workers there that I’ve meet Jay and Cassie were also formidable, polite and understanding. Hey if you get to read this man , again thanks and God bless you for helping me. The facility is clean and I recommend them for anyone who wants a unit there. And no I’m not an Ai generated written comment. I’m a real person and I can assure you they are very professional.

Liz helped me make sure I got into a unit that suited my needs. She even showed me around so I was familiar with the closest entrance and where to park. Now I just have to get everything from my other units here 😩

When I called to set up my move, Elizabeth knew my name from my booking even though we had never spoken before. She had every answer to my questions at the ready. So far working with Extra Space has been an easy and painless process. Update: Moved our stuff in and things went off without a hitch. Liz knew exactly where our unit was, showed us, and the movers had an easy time getting into the building and getting everything in. Highly recommend this place.
