I talked to a very friendly representative first who answered all my questions and was very helpful. Then I went online and signed up super easy. The only negative is that it should be made clear about purchasing the lock which I feel was too high of a price.

The representative was so nice and helped a lot. The only thing I don't like is the price hike after a few months. It doesn't cost more for the same unit so why raise the price? Most people move out because of that. It's taking advantage of good customers 😡

They were so helpful. Answered all my concerns and questions. They went out of their way to check location and how near it was to my son's school. Booking process was efficient. Highly recommended!
