Good Facilities, great service
I give the facilities a four. I think I they could make the necessary investment in security to operate this as a 24 hour facility. Great location and easy access. The fifth star is because of the excellent customer service I received on multiple occasions from Nancy.

Staff friendly - needed more training though
Staff friendly and tried to be efficient, but the manager on site clearly did not train the desk staff on how to do several basic things regarding setting up a new account. Also due to not checking to make sure everything was processed they had to have me make a second trip back in to resign all the documents. The loaner carts, although convenient to have there, could use a bit of maintenance, like tightening the screws & fixing squeaky wheels. Was pleasantly surprised to see how clean the bathroom was maintained.
