I recently had a great experience at Extra Space Storage located at 1675 W. 11th St, Upland, CA 91786. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely professional and welcoming. The store representatives, Tiffany and Jessica Hall, along with in-store manager Grant, went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and helped me find a storage unit that fit those needs perfectly. The tour of the facility was smooth and informative. The property itself was very clean, well-maintained, and organized, which gave me confidence that my belongings would be stored in a safe and secure environment. The team was patient, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all my questions. Another great part of the experience was the excellent pricing. Their rates were very competitive, and the staff clearly explained all the options so I could choose what worked best for me. Overall, the customer service was outstanding. Tiffany, Jessica, and Grant truly made the experience pleasant and easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and professionally managed storage facility. Found this Extra Space Storage online on Sunday and was able to reserve a unit with no deposit, just a simple hold. On Monday we spoke with Grant, who was pleasant and not pushy at all. When we arrived, he listened to what we needed, made great suggestions, and made the whole process easy and smooth. The facility looks very secure and clean, almost like a movie studio with different sound stages. We’re very happy. Thank you, Grant!

Just wanted to say Grant helped me out BIG time. Literally walked me through things over the phone and in person was quite the guy! He was nice enough to show me around too even right before they were gonna close! I didn’t feel rushed he even stayed back to make sure I got everything situated before heading out. I made my original reservation online and signed my contract yesterday evening. I came in this Afternoon to drop off some items in my storage unit, but had no success and finding it. I went into the office, and Jessica was very kind to show me where the unit was and how to access it. It turns out I had reserved a 12 x 14 on the second floor, Something that I did not realize when I originally signed my contract. There is a lift that cab be used to transport items up to the second floor, and I thought that my fiancé, and I would be fine with that. Jessica did ask me who was going to be moving and if we were going to any help. I completely said that it would be me, and my fiancé moving from a one bedroom apartment. Not realizing that she was actually asking me, because it is a big challenging to move on your own to whole items to the second floor Without any professional help. After trying myself to transport the little items that I had I quickly realize that this was not going to work for us. I immediately went back to the office and Jessica kindly assisted me with finding another unit that would be better suited for us. I signed a new contract and was given the new unit information. She took the time again to walk me to our new unit, which was perfect, and I immediately felt so much better. This time I had no issues with storing the items I had with me. Jessica is very kind and informative, her patience helped me to feel less dumb for not requesting the change immediately after seeing the first unit.

I had a unit here last two years it was amazing. I initially signed up for one of the promos which was great. I had a lot of ups and downs in my life during the two years here with Extra Space. They definitely could have auctioned my unit at last 3 different times and did not. Jessica and the rest of the employees here at this location were very helpful and flexible with me as several times I probably owed them more than 300$ in past due payments. However they never auctioned my unit and always helped me as much as possible with giving me an extension on my payments. I would definitely recommend this location over other extra space storage locations.
