I had to store some stuff for about a year and the girl who was there to check me in a year ago was great and when I moved out yesterday Carol at the front desk was amazing. She even let me use one of their Dollie’s to move some stuff that was a little to heavy for me to do alone, thanks Carol, I appreciate you going above and beyond to help someone out in need. I love the fact, the experience with customer service skills were excellent from Carol. She was great. She was a great helper. I really enjoyed her personality. She was right to it. Got me, my bigger storage upgraded, and I made my payment and it was great in the and then we found she found a unit for me that was across away from my smaller unit which was great help cause I did this all by myself and I couldn’t have done it without her.
