Wow they have lots of rats inside the storage units. My unit is covered in rat shit. They started eating clothing and destroying the items I was storing there. Totally unacceptable. There is no point in paying to store items if they are potentially going to get destroyed. I could have stored this stuff in a container on my property, I thought it would be safe at the storage unit. Make sure your unit isn't infested with rats. The employees are exceptionally helpful and kind. Five stars for all the employees that work there Unfortunately mother nature ( water damage from a leaky roof) and rats get a one star
