two thumbs up so far. ive rented here for a short period of time. The best experience at a storage facility by far. From easily signing up online, competitive rates, ease of entry--use Bluetooth with the app to enter & exit. ive never been to the office but i get a welcome feeling when the maintenance man waves at me😎 they provide a new lock with two keys, its left in your storage unit with a welcome notice. all info provided online via email & app. various options on unit size. Great hours to acccess your unit .. they are open until 10pm. Making payment is easy, secure & immediately applied with instant receipt. Grounds are clean etc. I love that you can allow a guest to gain access to your unit, all done digitally thru the app. great experience.

Check in was done quickly and efficiently. Iris was the attendant that greeted me and assisted me with my checking. She provided fast and thorough assistance which allowed me to continue on whistles unloading and reloading my belongings. The office and the site overall was organized and very clean. I felt very welcome from the moment I stepped into the office. I'm very pleased with choosing this storage facility.

Reserve a storage unit online. It gave me a choice of sizes with prices included and the size indicator does help with how many boxes or furnitures will fit in the unit. Am please with my choice size and it was fast and convenient online service. I was able to get my stuff in storage same day as u drove to the office and got my unit info, where it’s located and the keys are already inside the unit. Tricky part was trying to open the unit. My daughter googled it and was able to open the door.

I was hurt while getting into my car from a giant crack in the asphalt. Management was there and answered saying she had never had anyone be hurt there and doesn’t know the protocol. Wouldn’t give me the district managers information or name. No one to email or call. Happened directly in front of cameras with no indication or warnings of crack.

The easiest storage experience I’ve had! Everything is done through the app with no hassle whatsoever. I called and had the gate code and unit number within 10 minutes. The customer service has been so friendly and fast, it’s been a pleasure renting from them!
