Well if you opted for their protection plan, cancel it immediately because they won’t cover damages or theft. If it happens to your unit, they have clause in that contract that you don’t know about so it would be best that you quickly cancel it and then get your own insurance for your unit. So that you know that if an event that something happens like robbery/damages that you’ll be covered. I’ve been trying for the last year and a half to get paid out for my losses which I thought was an internal scheme or theft ,costing me over three grand in merchandise. Plus management and ClaimsPro has been caught in several lies stating that the video wasn’t available, but then they watched it when I reported to the BBB that they see me in and out of the unit, but how could they have watched the footage when the video was obsolete for the Southgate police to view months earlier. Then I requested that if they watched me in and out of the unit, then please observe me exiting with three large garment bags simple right no one can answer that question now.
