She help me rent a nice unit show it to me her customer service is amazing thank you for having her at this location I live in the neighborhood and I can say I will have a good friend here. Mark has helped us twice now — once when we rented our first unit in January and again yesterday when we added a second one. Both times, he was incredibly kind, attentive, and thorough. He really took the time to listen to our needs and helped us find the perfect units for our situation. I especially appreciated how mindful he was of my mom’s mobility limitations, making sure we had an ADA-friendly unit conveniently located near the elevator. He was patient and friendly while walking us through everything — from gate codes to lock setup — and made the whole process seamless. Overall, we’ve had a great experience with both Mark and the facility itself. Everything is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and easy to access. Highly recommend!

Had a horrible experience with their receptionist Brittany. The company just lost thousands of dollars in many years of my storage just because of her. All I wanted to do was change my move in date by 2 weeks and she made a big stink. And when I told her I wanted a to cancel my reservation which is a selling point on their website is a “hassle free” refund, she said ‘ok’ and tried to hang up on me before I stopped her asked her for cancellation confirmation number. She was rude, fake and condescending. Glad I found this out sooner than later.

Needed immediate space as we were affected by the fires. Ricky in the management office was most effective, understood our need and our grief and made the experience as smooth as possible. The building is new, amenities spotless, great indoor lighting and security. Several security points to get to your floor, which made me feel safe at all times. WiFi easily accesible indoors and underground. Plenty parking and Dollies to move our boxes. Top notch experience and service with Ricky.
