My experience has been good. Especially from the staff there. I came in once and signed up then signed up for another as I realized I needed two units. Every time I come in, they recognize me and will give me the key for the cart as I hand them my drivers license for security until I return the cart key. They remember what side of the building I am in. I get the best service from the two gals(both Vicky s) who have been there a long time. I feel safe coming in late at night when the offices are closed at 6pm(the gates don't operate after 9pm) fyi.

It was my first time here and I can see why StorQuest is rated 5 stars! Crystal was truly amazing in showing us a unit and Crystal's customer service and professionalism is just GREAT! It feels like a family here at StorQuest already!

The staff was very responsive and professional. The units were very clean. Edwin showed me 3 units and answered my questions. Quick access and good pricing. I highly recommend. Would be nice to lock into an annual contract, but the month to month works for now. Feels very secure, new units and accessable!

A pleasant transition using this storage facility, from the minute you open the door they greet you with a smile and willingness to help you choose the right one. Vicky was absolutely fantastic, she explained the process clear and show me all the steps. (Now I understand all the awards she has on her desk.. totally deserved!) Facility is super clean and I must say that while I was placing my items into it, the music was absolutely great… it kept me upbeat and happy! I do recommend this storage facility!!! The only cons is that signal is weak and non existent when inside.
