You will be hard pressed to find a better storage facility in the entire desert because this location has the best employees, is super clean, and security is top notch. Ask for Daisy because she is the most professional, friendly, thoughtful, thorough, informative person that I’ve had help me with storage dealings. 5 Stars!

Austin is a very dedicated worker at Extraspace storage. He is upfront about everything at the storage facilities and goes out of his way to try and help us customers. Daisy is his assistant and she is also 100% on board with helping her customers And the Extraspace Storage Company. They are both upfront and dedicated to doing the best job they can for customers And the Company!! I trust Austin 100% more than any other storage facility. We bought an RV and I hastily rented a unit, barely long enough, extra space employee, Daisy, was extremely helpful finding a new unit for us, when I realized the unit I rented wasn’t high enough! The new unit is at a different property, because she needed to call around to find us the right unit. She took on the task of calling several shops until we had a unit, on the date needed. Our new unit is more than long enough, so she suggested using the free first month promotion, in case another becomes available that fits it better. I suspect we will keep the long one and utilize the space. Our experience so far with extra space and their ability to help us was exceptional. All money paid for the first unit had already been processed fo refund before we got home.

Unit had water leak from ceiling that ruined our items, facility won't take any accountability for it. UPDATE: I reached out to the number provided in their reply, only to be told and confirm there was nothing they were going to do. I politely asked for them to at minimum waive one month of storage ($75) considering they failed to provide adequate shelter for my items, to which the district director declined, so clearly they do not care absolutely whatsoever about customers.
