My experience with Jorge was phenomenal. He made it so easy. I appreciate him so much. We’re in the process of moving and it’s been a trying year. He really made my day. I was at the point. Did most of it over the screen online, and it was very easy, also spoke to couple of people who answered my questions very clearly. I stop by the office a second time and both gentleman who were in at different occasions were very helpful and professional. I recommend Prime storage great service, clean premises and very professional staff. Also very good prices!

DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE! Yesterday my husband went to our storage unit and realized that it had been broken into and the lock had been cut off and replaced by a duplicate. The company claims the cameras were out. Hundreds of thousands of dollars of photography equipment was stolen from our storage unit. This facility is supposed monitored 24/7 behind a code protected gate. We asked for a refund or discount since they failed to protect our belongings, they claimed they could not do it. We called the police, they mentioned that there have been 4 break-ins there in the last week! Bottom line they did not care about our stuff being stolen at all! If you can, save yourself the trouble and store your belongings at a better storage location. This place is a joke!

Second time I’ve used Prime Storage. Easy to get started and good gate hours to access your belongings. I would like to rate higher, but I found rodent droppings and urine along the edges of my furniture that lined the walls. There was also regularly debris blown inside my unit after observing landscapers blowing leaves around the perimeter of the units, causing a lot more dust than I’m used to seeing in storage. A nearby customer asked if I noticed anything suspicious a few months ago- turns out their storage unit was burglarized. Not all great stuff but certainly not the worst.
