After price shopping online a bit- I was contacted by Dominique D (store manager) at the 29135 Riverside Drive location. She was very professional, friendly and very helpful when it came to me choosing the right size unit for my needs- I have had bad experiences with other places in the past so I procrastinated on this move-big time!!! I thought it would be stressful and worried I might have to deal with rude employees but instead the process was SO easy and pleasant!! :) thanks to Dominique!:) Today was a success for me! I received excellent customer service and found a storage unit with awesome staff and GREAT pricing!!! I can confidently say I feel like my things are secure at their location.
