I just came in to rent a unit and Pete was super helpful on a very rainy day. He helped me get a tour of the building and where my unit will be and get all set to sign up. Compared to the storage place I’ve been using this looks very nice. The building is very clean and easy to navigate.

I absolutely love this location. Been using them for over 3 years and have never had a single issue. I feel safe storing my items here. Annie who I see regularly when I stop in is one of the sweetest people I’ve met. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable about her job. She explains everything thoroughly and I’m just really happy I choose this location. Rates are very reasonable also. Thank you so much Annie!! Truly a pleasure.

I have had horror stories with storage facilities and this is NOT one of them! The facility is always clean, organized and the communication is top tier! There was an issue with one of the units near mine and Annie and Bonnie were beyond helpful and kind! They had answers and made effective decisions as to the neighboring units issue on the spot! No delay or excuse!!! Our treasures are well kept and secure!
