Alexis and Madi are great! Made the process very easy in renting a storage. I moved from a storage (different company), where it wasn't safe or clean. This storage, StorQuest, is clean and safe. Alexis and Madi even helped me when I lost my key. In minutes they had the old lock out and got a new one replaced with a new key. Thank you Alexis and Madi! Highly recommend this StorQuest storage!

I had a great experience renting a unit with Madi today! Super quick easy process, great price, got a tour of the unit before signing the rental agreement and a lock to purchase since I didn't want to leave to buy one at the store. Grateful for the easy breezy rental! Totally recommend! 😊

From the time we walked in , Alexis was great! We were interested in a 10x10 or a 10x15. She was very accommodating and took us to see the units. While taking us through she explained that the location is brand new and that right now is a great time to lock in on rates. That helped with our comfort level in knowing that our belongings would be safe. She explained about the safety of the units and that the locks are flushed against the unit which was a nice upgrade from others that we’ve seen. Very knowledgeable and helpful in the entire process. We ended up leasing the 10x15. Thanks Alexis!

Alexis and Madi are amazing! Hardworking, Super efficient, easy to work with! This place is amazing I’ve used normal storage units and pod’s but Storquest Self Storage is the best. Convenient hours, location and complimentary use of dolly’s is a major plus!

Double Movers from Sacramento did a good job moving our 2br Apt to storage facility. Items were packed professionally. The 2 movers worked as a team. They asked if we wanted rugs to cover furniture at a min price. We took some and declined some. All said I would use them again and I recommend them.
