Toni KeyesThe storage facility is convenient and reasonably priced. That’s why I chose it. Although not gated, it is very well surveilled with on site cameras, and secured with passcodes for some spaces like mine. The grounds are neat and well kept. However, the hidden gem is Christina, the manager. She is pleasant, professional, going well above and beyond expectations to provide outstanding customer service and support. Five stars from me.

She does not make you wait long she is prompt in assisting customers. Christina is very patient, listens carefully, and is always willing to go above and beyond to help.

lisa annIf there were such thing as zero stars, I would literally give it that rating! Do yourself a favor, do NOT rent from these people. Fire issues to theft issues… and let’s not forget the rodent/rat issues as well! And to top it off, their security system doesn’t work either!!!! UGH…! What a joke of a company!
