Hi, my name is Joel, I've been renting at this location in Benicia, California, for nine years. We've never had managers like today. They made a very positive change. Now you can go to the office to ask questions or whatever you need. It's open all day. Before, it wasn't closed all day when the previous manager wouldn't answer the phone all day. Now we have two new, very professional managers in Customer Service. All the spaces are incredibly clean and more organized. I myself got those who had left to come back and rent here again, and everyone is happy. Thank you for making those changes. We need people who want to work responsibly, like the general manager you hired today and the assistant. Very good. I recommend this place 100% now.

Joey and Kevin did a wonderful job in assisting me in getting my storage bill issue resolved! They were kind enough to wave the late fee since it was a stolen card issue that prompted the automatic transaction, not to go through. Very well done gentlemen!

I have been remiss in not sending this review sooner. I had such a positive experience with Joey T several weeks ago , I wanted to give him his props. First of all the entry to my unit looks clean. No more leaves and dust falling on me when I roll up the door. My unit light has been out for awhile. He changed the bulb immediately. In fact, when I was last there, they were hosing down the doors. There was even new hardware on the outside entry doors. Joey, was pleasant and professional and obviously aiming to perform at a level of excellence.
