LOVE THIS PLACE!! This storage facility is fantastic! The location is so convenient in downtown, the buildings are clean, I love the locks on the units. Pricing is very reasonable. I feel better keeping my belongings here and not worrying about a padlock or losing a key and the security of the building is great. It’s also gated which was very important to me. I’m looking at moving my camper and boat here as well. Customer service responds quickly and are very nice! I highly recommend Storeaway Oneonta.

Great location and great people to work with on storage space. Love the using the app for getting into storage spot. Don’t have to worry about having the key for a lock - just tap on the button for the storage unit and it’s open. Same goes for getting in and out of the building/gate. Super easy to use! When I got there I felt a little safer broke but safer. A small closet size was 78 dollars then they raised it a month later. It was full to the top and still not all my things but the important things. I went back the next day over half was gone! The man says there's no way. Stayed a few more months and they kept breaking into it. I know it's epidemic but if your gonna pay that much at least slow them down?

Edited update!!!! 5 months later and our rates keep raising. Started off at $99 and now it’s raised to $161. I called the owner to see why this was, and it’s because I left a bad review over there mistakes. “To weed out the bad people” got to love a lying property owner. Owner is difficult to get in contact with, owner doesn’t know how to set up a key fob for the storage unit. Tried for 3 hours with me standing with a screaming baby. Said we would remeet on Saturday to get it fixed, Waited 30 minutes, owner never showed up. The facility is not properly secured. They have a big gate you go through but on the side of the building, there is a gravel road that leads to the main road to where you can completely bypass the gate(what’s the purpose or point of having the gate). Gate doesn’t work after 5pm even though the facility is open until 10pm. You have to call a 1-800 number and wait for 40 minutes on hold for them to reset the gate. Storage unit is not climate controlled. Owner is too cheap to run the heat during the winter. Killed the batteries in my son’s riding toy. No physical locks are used on the units. It’s done electronically, I don’t feel like my stuff is secure. Definitely not worth the $100 I’m paying to rent it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Very nice facility and the people are great to. Easy to work with and always a fast response when needed. Clean, has restrooms, cameras, has moving equipment to help you move your belongings. Would absolutely recommend. We used Leeds location.
