I had an absolutely outstanding experience here! The employee who helped me was incredible—professional, friendly, and impressively efficient. The entire process with them was just as fast (if not even faster!) than using the online system, which is already super easy and convenient on its own. The facility itself is spotless. You can tell it’s kept in top-tier condition every single day. The heated units are well-maintained, comfortable to access, and clearly cared for. Even the bathrooms were clean and stocked, which says a lot—someone is obviously doing an excellent job staying on top of everything. Between the great service, the smooth process, and the awesome prices and deals, this place really stands out. Highly recommend!

Super easy rental. Booked online and used the app to get the login info for accessing my unit. I had my own lock and was able to return the unused lock from my unit for a refund. Sharron is amazing! She was very patient with me since this is the first time I've had to rent a storage unit. Very approachable and kind.
