Tony was incredibly helpful and patient with my aunt and me while we were trying to decide on a storage unit. He took the time to explain our options, gave us great advice on which unit would best fit our needs, and answered every question we had without rushing us. It was genuinely refreshing to meet someone so kind and helpful who truly cared about helping us make the right decision. His customer service made the whole process stress-free and pleasant.

What makes this place great is the legendary customer service that Tony provides. On the day that I signed up for services, it was raining and when we went to go look at units, Tony made sure that he found exactly what I was looking for and also made sure that I had an umbrella. He then went out of his way to go and locate the box that I needed in addition to the different storage supplies that I bought there that day. When moving day came, he did his best to try and find me a unit closest to the doorway entry and made sure we had everything we needed.

The bumpy driveway feels like a roller coaster & the gate to my indoor unit can be a bit slow (or you have to unlock it 2-3 times before it wants to work) but staff is very friendly and are always on top of any issue you mention. Tony is so kind, he offered his personal flashlight since the lights in my unit are out (they’re waiting for an electrician to come fix it) and he is always a pleasure seeing in the office. The indoor units are always clean & I’ve never had to worry about my items I keep in storage as far as theft goes. I would recommend to a friend, especially for the price.

Tony @ the Riddell Rd location was extremely helpful. We have been storing at their facility for some years now, we had some stuff come up and he took great care with our situation as well as looking further into something else that we needed assistance with. Most time we find people everywhere, where they dont want to do anything, no compassion, no effort and that is truly disheartening. Tony however, showed so much compassion and genuinely listened. Although I will say that Tiffany is fantastic at her job and I would rate her as A+ for sure and give her a gold star where she is concerned. This property alone is disgusting at best. Considering I’ve rented at a completely different property for multiple years elsewhere prior to this. I have never seen a property like this that has been so neglected as this one has. They have zero heat whatsoever and are clearly infested with rodents. There are rodent traps everywhere both inside and outside the buildings. Also due to the fact that the ban any kind of consumables in the storage units even if they are not opened, should tell you they have rodent infestations alone. I’ve also heard that from customers who purchase auctioned storage units from this property that they have rather infestations. I was only renting maybe a week and a half and corporate terminated my rental lease without ever even talking to me, just made the office terminate and make me move out. As I stated in the first part of my review, Tiffany is the best part of this property. As for this company….what a joke! That property is disgusting and I hope if you store there, you don’t value your items or as the fine print says. None of it is valued at over five thousand dollars!! Pay the money to find a worthy heated property that doesn’t have rats!!
