We have used this facility 3 times now for our out of state college student and it has been an easy process each time. I coordinate renting from out of state and we have never had any issues with the rental process, move in or move out. The items are always secure and just as my student left them when they return to school.

I received a fee of 85$ for sleeping in my unit and electrical charge the day before my auto pay was to come out. I stopped the auto pay and have spent 3 days trying rectify the bogus charge. Every attempt at communication has been futile and I have been given several different reasons as to why I have the charge. I have tried explaining that the cameras, which I now question functionality, point directly at my unit and would prove that none of supposed activities have occurred. At the moment, it feels very much like a scam based on APS response from the “management team”. I will keep updating the review and give a higher rating if resolved. For now, be aware that illegitimate charges are being added without any explanation. I added photos of my units surrounding area where they say I plugged in an electrical cord while I was sleeping. Supposedly maintenance had to pick it up. You can see in the photos that there are no outlets… There are no outlets inside the units as well. I have also tried to access the pay online feature through mobile and desktop browser to pay my monthly rental fee. For two days neither have worked. UPDATE*** I have contacted the number provided by the owner in this Google response. Once againI was connected to someone who had no ability to help and told the “management team” will be contacting me. This will be five days of me reaching out with no response from management. The story on why I was charged has now changed 4 different times Final update* They finally dropped the bogus charge and late fees from not being able to pay. They told my wife they confirmed that they had the wrong renter. They then proceeded to tell me if they catch me doing these activities again they would evict me without notice… this company is an absolute joke. I have now moved out of the unit, confirmed the move out with APS and today I was sent an email with a bill for December. This place is total chaos and I highly recommend finding another storage facility.

New management.. place is dirty. All prices have gone up. No customer service. My unit has gone from 65 to 120 in under a year.. gate is always open. Security is a joke. Im out of here
