This process was easy and I was blwn away when I leared that my items will be picked up by a relaible driver. I have already received my email confirmation for my pick up and move in date. Mr. Billy has customer service down. I watched as he juggled at least 3 other customers at the same time on an auction day. He acknowledged each person and updated each as he helped all of us. He never even flinched at the pressure. He made everyone feel so seen and taken care of. This guy needs a raise!
