Whole experience was good from reservation to checkout. Very stream lined and easy. I especially like the app and ease of use. Freda at Lake Elsinore store was especially helpful
The Manager Rick was amazing.
The Manager Rick was very helpful, and pleasant. When we arrived later in the day to unload our vehicle, all the dolly’s were in used. Before we knew it, Rick arrived, opened the opposite storage building and got us two more. We didn’t even have to ask. That’s is A-1 Customer Service. Thanks Rick!!
