They don't keep the interior of the buildings clean. It's not uncommon to rodent droppings in the hallways. I also found them inside my storage unit. The entry/exit gate is constantly in need of repair. And remains open more than it does closed. Upper management is constantly hindering the on-site manager from effectively doing her job, It's like they don't give a shit about the customers, and yet every time you turn around, they are raising the rent.

When I arrived to Storage King in Haslet the property was extremely well kept and clean along with the staff was extremely helpful with helpful with transferring me to a bigger unit cause the one I rented was to small. I was so stressed but the manager reassured me that she understood and she would make sure I wouldn't have to fret she had me. It's such a relief to have everything run smoothly and the BEST PART THERE PRICES ARE THE CHEAPEST AROUND.

I will start off by saying the ladies that work at the location are very nice and pleasant. Storage King though is the biggest rip off. CONSTANTLY RAISING PRICES. If your payment is a day late they call, text and hassle you to death. I am paying for a U-Haul and going elsewhere. My unit has almost tripled in price in a little over a year. I strongly suggest finding somewhere else that does not screw people that stay with them.

Lilian at Storage King is hands down the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of, and she didn’t leave until I fully understood how the keypad worked. She was patient, kind, and made the whole process easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps. Storage King is lucky to have someone like Lilian running the show, and I’m grateful I got to work with her.
