I was asked by the young lady in the office today to leave a review and of course I told her I would. Well,first off I have only been a customer for this location since the end of January. I stopped by to have her look at my account to see why I had extra charges on it. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. The property itself is clean and well maintained. I have no complaints!

Regardless of what others may have experienced (or claimed to) I am a business owner myself, and I understand the importance of "reviews" in today's world. TODAY (1/27/17) I had an issue with my storage unit and called and spoke with John. He told me he could take care of it for me so I headed that way. Upon arriving, he was actually standing outside the office with the necessary items in hand, and even called me by name to ask if I was the one he had just spoken with. (It was an issue with the lock/hasp) He locked the office and proceeded to meet me at my unit where he did the necessary repair, very quickly! John was Extremely polite and couldn't have been any more helpful... After "shopping around" for a trustworthy storage facility I decided on this location for it's ease of access, and what appeared to be a well maintained property (which it is). Going on 3 years now, I have NO regrets! Today's experience with John just assured me I made the right choice. What else can I say... "Thank You John for your fantastic customer service!!" Sam
