This was my first experience using a virtual assistant. It was easy, prompt and Hilary was very friendly. She had easy access to my application and was able to answer my questions quickly. The text option to complete forms while I was standing there talking to her was very convenient.

Just moved-in today. Up to the check-in, things were good. Most of my items were camping things. Including a small empty cooler and a car air mattress. I have moved everything in my storage unit to organize and go through. As I was organizing my things the property manager barged into the storage unit and told me that they don’t allow people to stay in the storage and that i “looked like i was staying there”. After i explained to him that i am going through my things before i bring the rest of my stuff in, he said he will need to submit a report and that i will receive a call about it. My problem wasn’t the fact that someone just came into the unit while i was there alone, its the way he talked down to me as if i was a homeless person needing this space to survive. I am very uncomfortable keeping my items in here and will be moving out the minute i figure out a refund or cancellation.

This review is based on the service that I received from Brooke today and not the company as a whole. As a company the rates keep going up and if your auto pay is kicked back a fraudulent they do not notify you until they add the ridiculous late fees. They charge extra for entry after 10 pm and they make you pay for their locks now. Insane! Brooke is amazing though. She straightened out my two accounts and was extremely helpful. Otherwise I would have taken the time to relocate everything just based on principal. Thank you Brook for caring!
