Reasonably priced with upfront & transparent cost. Super helpful and nice staff as well. I rented online and received a call asking if I needed any assistance. I got another call once I was finished renting a unit just to be sure I didn’t have any questions. Definitely recommend

Rented 10x15 in Tennessee for 30 bucks a month, with first month free. I knew the rate would have to change as this rate was not possible . But I only needed a unit for 4 months, and the agreement was month to month. Just before I was getting ready to leave I got the notice of increase at 2 and a half times what i was paying, from 30 to 80. That is more in line with that size unit nationwide. Anyway I want to thank them for a great unit, clean., secure, and in brand new facility for 4 months at 30 bucks a month, great deal.

GoStoreIt Review: A Deteriorating Experience When I initially rented a 10x10 indoor unit at GoStoreIt for $75 a month, I was looking for reliable temperature and humidity control. For the first year, everything was fine. However, early this year, the price for my unit jumped from $75 to $108, a significant $33 increase. While I begrudgingly accepted this hike, my satisfaction plummeted when the unit's rollup door was damaged by a vehicle between October and November. The door remained broken and rolled up for several months, completely negating the very reason I chose an indoor unit – temperature and humidity control. I reported the issue to a service representative, but a month later, the door was still damaged and open to the elements. I contacted them again in January, and thankfully, the door was finally fixed that month. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. In April or May, a burst pipe damaged several units, including mine. Compounding this, the main rollup door at the facility broke again and wouldn't close. The combination of the burst pipe and the ongoing high humidity and temperature led to mold growth on items within my unit and others in the same area. Despite multiple attempts to reach a supervisor, my calls have gone unanswered. Based on the lack of timely maintenance, compromised security due to open rollup gates, management's inability to rectify recurring issues, and poor communication, I absolutely cannot recommend this GoStoreIt location.
