This experience was made a pleasure by Autumn. She was helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and escorted us to the place that had been assigned for us. The unit was spotless, even smelled nice! Autumn processed the gatecode i had requested. She said it usually took twentyfour hours to activate and gave us an alternate. Our code was functional by the time we left (!) The rate is extremely affordable, even including insurance. 10/10 will highly recommend!

Do you want cockroaches infesting your things? Do you want the price to be increased every 3 months or so? Do you want the handicap access to not work? Do you want issues with safety due to the door being broken and just propped open for months at a time? This is the place for you. They constantly raise the price. They don’t care, they’re rude when you call and ask questions. The entire building is infested with cockroaches. I never had issues with cockroaches, and now everything I had in my unit (it was a lot of stuff) is infested. About having an heart attack with every box I open and 2 or 3 run out into my apartment. After Helene, the door was just propped open. Sure, it was nice for a week so I could get things I needed, but it had been open for about 6-7 months so anyone who wants to go in can do that. It’s truly not worth it. There are so many other climate controlled places that are better.

Me and my husband came in to look at some units and Sonya was very knowledgeable and courteous and has great customer service. I enjoyed her company and we talked about how good chicken is and hot jalapeño peppers now I'm starving and I will definitely be renting a unit from here for sure.
