Laidy was professional with a helpful, patient attitude! David is on-site for anyone who prefers face-to-face assistance. He’s great to offer quick answers to any questions! Your never left unattended with Midgard! Whether in-person during business hours or virtual that’s always available. Both David & Laidy went above & beyond to help us! Midgard has truly achieved a streamlined process taking the hassle out of moving!! Best part: unit prices can’t be beat!! Would recommend Midgard to anyone!

I went there today after renting a large 10by5 unit I think is the size. I rented it online. I went there the other day to try to enter the locked gate around 645. They close at 6 but there central time zone office answered the phone and was able to help me get in. Thank you so much for that. Also the unit and facility I went in was very clean. There were two good sized dolly’s to use to bring my desk into the unit.
