Don't do it if you don't want be charged one thing in beginning and then constantly get rent increase charges?! The facility is nice; however, they have tried to raise my rent 4 times in the last year, this last time doubling the price of it. I have had to call them to get it fixed each time and the ladies on the calls are always very pleasant, that is if you get a hold of anyone. Now they have tried to double my payment again and I cant seem to get a hold of anyone?? The facility also says in the window its 24/7 and it is not.

I am a new customer and was first helped by Shannon when I set up the a/c and she was 100 percent. But I'm a man and forgot what Shannon had told me the day before. So, today when I stuffed the locker I had to call again and this time Omar helped me find my padlock and again walked me through the process. Can't thank your team enough for helping me and would give them five stars but only two are lighting up. Sorry.

The facility is fine, but as other reviews mention - once they have you, they will increase the rate. They say it's for increased operating costs but that's BS. It's a predatory pricing model and should be illegal. For instance, the posted price for a 10' x 20' unit is $151 per month. Now, after 6 months, they are now increasing our rate for the SECOND time to $421 per month.

100% the easiest process I’ve ever had purchasing something online. The entire process took me 5 minutes to secure a storage unit, pay, and now I have a confirmation. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Very clean facility. Easy access to unit with trolly available to move belongings. Also found Joe to be very helpful using the remote on screen sign-up.
