This has not been a great experience. We have multiple units here that we pay for monthly. Over the year they keep increasing our monthly fees. We went into a unit to retrieve our Christmas decorations and there was at least one giant rat in our stuff. The ceiling has caved in and there is debris everywhere. We pay extra for insurance only to find out they only cover $250 in damage from “vermin”. There is never an actual person working on site and it’s very difficult to get ahold of the property manager. Do not waste your money here. Edited to add: It’s been over a month and we have still been dealing with this. We’ve been hung up on. Had incredibly rude service. No accountability on their part. No help with getting the rat situation handled rude mean people and that’s if they even answer the phone.
