⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience with Extra Space Storage. Every single person who works there helped us in one way or another. The environment is extremely warm, friendly, and welcoming. A special thank you to Levi for making everything so easy for us—both when we needed to stay a little longer and when it was time for us to move out. That kind of kindness and flexibility really meant a lot. We had a very large storage unit, and our entire apartment fit into it comfortably. The facility is incredibly clean—very clean. The building is well kept, the bathrooms are spotless, and the whole place has a quiet, peaceful environment. If we ever need a storage facility again, this will definitely be the one we choose.

Overall the best value and service you can get for a storage unit. I have had my unit since 2024 and had a brief question about my rate. The store manager Samantha was quick with the proper answer and went well above her means to ensure that a good standing loyal customer got the service they needed. A question turned into a better value and could not be happier. The facility itself is always clean and organized. It really does come down to “if you have a question just ask”. But other than that everything has been very straight forward and simple. Once again, an amazing facility and company.

Overall a very nice experience! Not very expensive with nice amenities like a bathroom and phone/app access to open doors and elevators. The woman at the front is very nice too! Well lit and the halls weren't super narrow. Perfect size options for units

This storage facility has been a pleasant experience from the start. After months of contemplating, I stopped by to check them out. Sam is great and took the time to show me each unit I was interested in. She asked me what I needed and highlighted the features of the facility. There are large carts that can be used to help you move in, at no cost and are always available in the lobby. There is also a clean bathroom right in the lobby which was also a huge plus if you ever need to be at the facility for any extended period of time. After the tour and discussing prices, I felt no pressure to commit. I however was sold and signing up was a breeze. Security is also a huge priority and the building is super clean. She reassured me that if ever I needed anything I can easily reach out to her or her staff directly. This is best storage unit I have ever had, and I have had 4 units at different companies, no one compares to this company! Thank you!

Samantha & Levi are great! Easy to set up over the phone. They really know what size you need and can guarantee it will be what you need without leaving to even see it. Very convenient.
